We boosted gym signups across their 30 studies using a smooth UX overhaul.


We set out to energize Waras Gym Fitness’s digital presence by creating a bold brand system, seamless user experience, and a clear path for trial signups that turned visitors into active members.
This project reinforced the importance of designing for both scale and motivation. By unifying Waras Gym Fitness’s many locations under one bold digital identity and introducing seamless trial signups, we increased engagement and conversions, proving that clarity and energy drive member growth.

Showcasing dozens of gym branches required balancing scale with clarity. The solution was a unified design system that gave every location visibility while keeping the brand cohesive.
